What helps you feel safe in healthcare settings?

Building a trusting relationship with your healthcare provider is an important part of taking care of your health. No matter where, how or why you’re seeking health care, you deserve to feel safe.

Each year, Canadian Patient Safety Week highlights the importance of patient safety and how we can work together to create safer healthcare interactions and experiences. This year’s theme is “Press play on safety conversations,” which is exactly what we’re hoping to do in this space. By starting and continuing conversations about patient safety, CPSA can help make sure Albertans receive the safe, high-quality care they deserve.
